Yes, our products are handcrafted in Indonesia and the leather we have for Local Vegetable Tanned Leather are mostly sourced from one of the oldest and finest Tannery in Indonesia.

Yes we will, but we have no guarantee for some limited edition leather.

No, you are not obliged to register an account, you may do a guest checkout.

Please use a valid email address as we will send you some information regarding your order.

However, if you do want to register with us, you have the option to tick the “Create Account” after you have filled in your details on the checkout page.

Having a registered account will provide us with your personal details such as email address and shipping address, so you will not have to give us those information every time you shop. Setting up an account will also give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, special discount and membership program.

We apologize, you cannot cancel your order after submitting it. Please do review your cart before submitting an order.

Unfortunately you cannot add an order once you have finished checkout. You will need to place a separate order for any additional items you want to purchase after confirming an order.

We kindly ask you to understand the liability that other people might also be browsing and looking at the same item. Therefore, merchandise availability is not guaranteed until you have finished the checkout process. 

Maximum payment for an order is 2×24 hrs after the order have been placed. If the payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be cancelled automatically.

Please visit our Order Tracking page to track your orders and to track shipment if your order has been shipped. Please have your Order ID # and your email address prepared.

Please do not forget to confirm your payment through Payment Confirmation Page after completing the payment. If you haven’t confirmed until the time limit, your order will be cancelled.

If you have confirmed your payment and haven’t received your order in time, simply log in to your account and track your shipment.
