How to Order

Click “shop” on our website.  Select the product you are interested in by clicking the photo for a complete description, dimension and more images.

Click ADD TO CART to purchase and view your order by clicking VIEW CART.

Click on the SHOPPING Cart icon on the upper-right section of the website to review your items.

If you decide to finalise your order, click CHECKOUT. Please note that product availability is not guaranteed before you check out.

For Returning customers, please use your registered email address so that your order will be automatically recorded in your account. For first-time shoppers, simply fill in your billing details for checkout and tick a box if you would like to create an account with us.

Review the list of items that you want to purchase and click PLACE ORDER to submit your order.

We have 2 options for payment, choose your payment option:

  1. Bank transfer via BCA
  2. Credit Card Payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Myshortcart DOKU.

An on-screen receipt with an ORDER ID will appear. You will need the ORDER ID to check your order status and to confirm payment (if you choose “Bank Transfer” payment method). Make sure you write down your ORDER ID in case you need to refer to it later. We will also send you the payment details to your email address. Thank you for shopping with us.

COURIER SERVICES

We use the following courier services:

  • Indonesia: JNE Regular, Yes (jne.co.id)
  • International Orders:

We are currently developing the website to support worldwide shipping. However, we do ship worldwide, please consult with us via LIVE CHAT or +62 859 2160 6369 to place your order.

  • Singapore & Malaysia : TIM EXPRESS or EMS
  • Other Countries -International: EMS POS INDONESIA (ems.posindonesia.co.id)
ORDER ID #

ORDER ID is a random reference number you received after making an order.

Be sure to take note of this ORDER ID number as you need them for payment confirmation and order tracking.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You can modify your account details and review your order history in “My account” section.

ORDER STATUS

  • Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • You may check your order and track shipment through our “Order Tracking” page. Fill in your Order ID# and your email address that you have placed your order with.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via braowgoods@gmail.com or +62 859 2160 6369. We will not be able to make changes to your order after your order has been shipped.

HOW TO CONFIRM PAYMENT

Click “Payment Confirmation” then fill in all the required details.

We will confirm your payment as soon as possible within 1 working day. We will proceed packing your goods and will let you know the tracking code once we have shipped your goods.
