COURIER SERVICES

We use the following courier services:

  • Indonesia: JNE Regular, Yes (jne.co.id)
  • International Orders:

We are currently developing the website to support worldwide shipping. However, we do ship worldwide, please consult with us via LIVE CHAT or +62 859 2160 6369 to place your order.

  • Singapore & Malaysia : TIM EXPRESS or EMS
  • Other Countries -International: EMS POS INDONESIA (ems.posindonesia.co.id)
  • Braow Goods use JNE (Regular or YES) courier services for our customers in Indonesia. We are based in Jakarta, for delivery within Jakarta (Approximately 2 working days), outside of Jakarta, please refer to JNE.
  • After we received the payment, We will process your shipment as soon as possible within +/- 2 working days. You may track your shipment through our Order Tracking page or through the email we notify when we have shipped your goods.
  • If in any condition, package is lost or damaged during shipment, we will do our best to help contact the Courier Service. It is not our responsibility but do not panic, we will help.
  • Customer will be responsible for shipping cost (returns & exchange)
  • For other shipping options; such as Gojek, Grab, etc. Please contact us via +62 859 2160 6369 or Live chat.
  • We use Pos Indonesia to ship your International Goods. (Registered Mail or EMS) For Singapore and Malaysia, you have an option for TIM EXPRESS however you will need to consult to us manually.

Important Policy

  • Please make sure that the shipping address is complete and correct, along with your contact number.
  • We are using natural leather, the leather may have marks, scars, insect bites or natural wrinkles. The color will also have a slightly different tone as it is processed naturally.
  • Our goods undergo a process of; handcut, hand stitching and natural finishing of products. Some products went through hand-dyeing. Therefore, what you will receive is our handcrafted product so every product has its own uniqueness.

Return & Refund Policy

  • After customers have made the payment, any cancellation, change to order items, or other replacement and return, for the convenience of customers, shall not be accepted.
  • All products that have been purchased and received are not refundable
